Every custom Lula Flora project starts with an idea. Whether you’re planning a wedding, producing a brand activation or creating custom favors for a large event, we’ll help determine the best way to turn that idea into a finished product.
1. Tell Us About Your Project
Start by submitting our Custom Project Form with the key details of your project, including what you’d like us to create, your estimated quantity, event or delivery date, and any available artwork or inspiration.
The more information you can provide upfront, the easier it is for us to evaluate the project accurately.
2. We Review the Details
We review each inquiry to determine whether the project is a good fit for our production capabilities, schedule and order size.
If we need additional information before quoting, we’ll contact you with specific questions.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that we can accept a project.
3. You Receive a Quote
Once the scope is clear, we’ll provide a custom quote outlining the products, quantities and included customization.
Pricing varies based on factors such as quantity, materials, design complexity, assembly and packaging requirements.
Quotes are valid for [NEEDS CONFIRMATION] and may be revised if the project scope changes.
4. Approve & Pay for the Project
Most custom projects require payment in full before production begins.
For larger projects, alternative payment terms may be available by agreement and will be outlined in the project quote.
Production does not begin until the project has been approved and the required payment has been received.
Changes requested after approval may affect pricing or the production schedule.
5. Design & Proofing
For projects involving custom artwork, labels, colors, text or other personalized details, we’ll prepare the necessary design or proof for approval before production.
Custom projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in your quote. Additional revisions, major design changes or changes to the original project scope may require an additional fee.
Please review proofs carefully. Once a proof has been approved, the client is responsible for confirming that spelling, dates, artwork, colors and other project details are correct.
Samples & Prototypes
For projects where a physical prototype is appropriate, we may offer a paid prototype before full production.
Our standard prototype fee is $150. For qualifying orders of $500 or more, the prototype fee is credited toward the final order.
A prototype may not be necessary or available for every project.
6. Production Begins
Once the project is approved and payment requirements have been met, we begin production.
Many Lula Flora products are assembled, decorated and finished by hand, so production time depends on the quantity and complexity of the project as well as our current production schedule.
Your estimated production timeline will be confirmed as part of your project quote.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Completed orders are carefully packed and shipped to the destination provided for the project.
Shipping costs and estimated transit times will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and allowing sufficient time for delivery before their event or activation.
Changes & Cancellations
Because custom projects require design work, materials and production time specifically allocated to your order, changes and cancellations may be limited once a project has been approved or production has begun.
Custom projects are subject to our full cancellation and refund policy.
